Bea and Horgan to play sisters

Aisling Bea and Sharon Horgan are going to play sisters in a new Channel 4 sitcom.

Happy will star Aisling Bea as a woman suffering from anxiety and depression, with Sharon Horgan playing her older sister who is struggling to look after her.

The dark sitcom has been written by Bea and will be directed by Alex Winckler (My Mad Fat Diary). It is expected to air on Channel 4 at some point in 2019.
