First look at Stath Lets Flats
Channel 4 has revealed more details about Stath Lets Flats which is due to air this year.
The new six-part comedy has been written by Jamie Demetriou and Friday Night Dinner creator Robert Popper. Jamie stars in the series as the incompetent Stath, who works at a dodgy London lettings agency run by his father. It’s a real family affair, as equally inept sister Sophie, played by Jamie’s real-life sister Natasia Demetriou, is also employed there on continual work experience.
Stath has big ambitions to take over the family business one day, but is hampered by his general ability (or lack thereof) and overall personality. In modern, overcrowded London, the business of finding tenants to rent flats should be pretty easy, but Stath makes it a struggle…
The cast of Stath Lets Flats also includes Katy Wix, Dustin Demri-Burns and Ellie White, alongside Alastair Roberts, Haruka Abe, W1A’s Alex Beckett, Kiell Smith-Bynoe and Murder in Successville regular Tom Stourton.
