Rachel Parris features in new dark comedy webseries M.O.T.H.E.R Knows Best.

Set in an Orwellian, dystopian future, a permanently tired and dejected interviewer in a product testing government facility works under the authoritarian matriarch, M.O.T.H.E.R. Each episode sees him testing a new product on a new subject and measuring the results. Eventually existential angst gets the better of him and he starts questioning the machine in which he is a very small cog. . . but with lots of laughs too.

The Interviewer is played by Chris Mayo (who has co-created the series with Scott Kingsnorth) and Rachel Parris provides the voice of M.O.T.H.E.R.

Guest stars set to appear across the 10-part series include Norman Lovett (Red Dwarf), Thom Tuck (The Penny Dreadfuls), Amanda Reed (Raised by Wolves), Holly Mallett (Notflix), Evelyn Lockley (Labyrinth at the Almeida), Megan Smith (Sketchorama), Aaron Phinehas Peters (Tribe at the London Theatre Workshop), Jenny Walters (Parlour Song at the Cockpit Theatre) and Hannah Warman (Ethical Boyfriend, Funny or Die).
