Alice Lowe has joined the cast of Eternal Beauty directed by Submarine‘s Craig Roberts.

The film will star Sally Hawkins, who is in the running for this year’s Best Actress Oscar for her role in The Shape Of Water. 

Ahead of production in Wales beginning this spring, it has now been announced that the cast will include Alice Lowe and David Thewlis.

Craig Roberts says about the film: “I want to shine a light into some pretty dark places but I want to do it with affection, humour and respect. I’ve been living with the characters in Eternal Beauty for a while now and it feels like the right time to share them. I’m in my oils.”
