Rejoice! The Windsor’s Katy Wix and Ellie White have joined forced again – this time on a new short film, Lamp Lady.

Written by Katy and starring Katy and Ellie, Lamp Lady is a perfectly formed 5 minutes of charming, and very funny oddness. If you like the kind of off-kilter comedy that we get excited about at TVO, you really need to watch it – it’s a wonderful reminder that funny stuff comes in other flavours than vanilla.

In the film Ellie’s character goes to see a hypnotherapist (Katy, the titular Lamp Lady…the photo above should explain why!) for regression therapy. There’s not much else to say, except who knew that a small box of tissues could be so hilarious?
