Noel Fielding isn’t the only member of the Boosh family who’s been focusing his attention on food and cooking (well, baking); Dave Brown has been working on a book about Peruvian cookery.
The beautiful new cookbook, Andina: The Heart of Peruvian Food, has been designed by Dave and includes his location photography from a trip he took to the Andes. The book is written by the Peruvian chef and restaurateur, Martin Morales and was produced in partnership with the team from the award-winning Peruvian restaurant, Ceviche, in London.
The book (with a cover by Dave that writer Morales describes as “deliciously tactile”!) is published on 5th October, but is available to pre-order from the usual retailers (Amazon has it for £12.34 for the kindle edition and £27.00 for hardcover).
