Alice Lowe has been confirmed as a cast member in the forthcoming British film, Triple Word Score, which stars Bill Nighy.

The supernatural comedy-drama follows the story of Alan (Nighy), a tailor who closes his shop to move in with his surly son Peter and grandson Jack. Alan and Jack begin to bond over their favourite game of Scrabble, which leads to conflict when Alan becomes convinced that an online Scrabble opponent could actually be his missing son, Michael, whom he decides to try and meet in person.

Actor Sam Riley has also been confirmed as part of the cast. As of now, we don’t know what role Alice will be playing – but we’ll keep you posted as/when we hear more.

Filming will be taking place in late October in Liverpool and West Lancashire, with a possible release date of 2018.
