Sky Atlantic’s much-missed surreal comedy took place on the fictional island of Jinsy, which creators/stars Chris Bran and Justin Chubb based on their own home Guernsey. With its original, distinctive style and a supporting cast including Alice Lowe and Geoff McGivern, the show built up a loyal cult following over the course of its two series. This Is Jinsy also attracted a lot of top-notch guest stars, and the second series featured appearances from Katy Brand, Stephen Fry and Derek Jacobi.
