Our Friend Victoria concludes tonight with two episodes, one of which is hosted by The League of Gentlemen.

Over the last few weeks, the BBC series has been celebrating the work of Victoria Wood. With a different theme and host each week, plus contributions from friends and admirers of Victoria, the programme has explored the comedy legend’s long and varied career that included stand-up, music, comedy writing, acting and serious drama.

The four episodes broadcast so far, which you can catch up with on BBC iPlayer, have been presented by Julie Walters, Michael Ball, Richard E Grant and Maxine Peake. The two episodes that finish the series tonight will be hosted by The League of Gentlemen – Reece Shearsmith, Steve Pemberton and Mark Gatiss – and Daniel Rigby (Flowers) respectively. The League will be exploring Victoria’s unique take on television, while Daniel will be looking at her attitude towards fame.
