Colin Hoult, Dan Skinner and Dan Tetsell are amongst the comedy stars appearing in the next batch of Sky’s Comedy Shorts this Valentines Day.

The series of films follows in the wake of the channel’s previous Christmas, Halloween and Irish themed pieces, with pieces coming from a variety of production companies. Once again, there’s a TVO contingent, with Spencer Millman‘s Guilty Party Pictures providing Mr Swallow’s Valentine starring Nick Mohammed, Keiran Hodgson and David Elms.

Skinner will be appearing in a reimagining of the musical Grease alongside musical comedians The Midnight Beast which promises to be ‘twisted’, while other shorts will feature Liam Williams, Paul Tonkinson, Rosie Cavaliero, Jamie & Natasia Demetriou and Mark Silcox to name a few.

But most excitingly, the series will also see the television debut of Anna Mann – Colin Hoult’s jaded Z-list actress turned fully realised, unstoppable alter-ego, as she gatecrashes a couple’s romantic dinner in Anna Mann’s Valentine. Fellow TVO regular, Dan Tetsell co-stars alongside Rebecca Johnson and Harman Singh.

The full series of shorts will be available on demand via Sky Go, Now TV et al from 8th February, and will air on Sky Arts later in the month.
