Last week, we told you all about short film One Tw*t from Rachel Stubbings and director Ben Mallaby. The short, featuring Tom Meeten and Mike Wozniak, followed hot on the heels of another short from Mallaby called Mosquito – which again featured Stubbings alongside Alice Lowe and comedy legend Richard Herring. Now we can tell you about two more films from the director you may have missed.

While You Were Away tells the story of a normal husband and wife having a far from normal argument, played by Herring and Stubbings once more. It will be screening as part of the Short Film Corner at Cannes 2016. But you don’t have to wait until then, because you can watch it below.

Mallaby’s work with Stubbings has also included another short worth taking a look at. Stud is written by comedian Toby Williams, who also appeared in The Day They Came to Suck Out Our Brains and Paddington, and it features a selfless stranger helps out a struggling couple.
