James Cook has released a new video for ‘Jamie’. The song is his modern British interpretation of Jacques Brel’s French classic from 1965 ‘(Chanson de) Jacky’.
The track is taken from James’ studio album Adventures in Ausland, which is available to listen to and buy for just €8 (digital file) or €10 Euros (signed CD) here. We’re loving his contemporary spin on the song’s lyrics. “My name would then be Simon Cowell, plucking stars out of my bowels” is a particular favourite!
