Rhys Thomas is to reunite with his Fast Show co-star Simon Day for a new series on BBC4.

The spoof music documentary series, Rock Ratatouille, will feature Day as ‘award-winning art rocker Brian Pern’, and feature big name cameos and unseen footage. It follows on from a string of sketches made for the BBC’s various comedy web portals a few years ago, which featured Lucy Montgomery and Tony Way.

The three part run is co-written by Thomas and Day, and will air later this year.  You can see a clip of Day in character as Pern alongside Lucy and Tony from back in 2010 below.
