There’s just under a week to go until Count Arthur Strong – the new sitcom from Graham Linehan – debuts on BBC2.

The six-part series, co-written and directed by Linehan, and starring co-writer Steve Delaney as the titular showbiz legend, begins on Monday, 8th July at 8:30pm, and good ol’ Aunty have released a string of promotional images for the show, which you can see below.

The pics show Delaney as Strong and co-star Skyfall‘s Rory Kinnear as Michael, alongside supporting cast members Andy Linden, Ruth Posner, Chris Ryman, Zahra Ahmadi and Dave Plimmer.

With the show also produced by Linehan’s IT Crowd collaborator Richard Boden, this is one show which – whilst not having any TVO faces in front of the camera – will nevertheless be worthy of your attention.
