While it may not feature too heavily at tonight’s Oscars, the awards continue to pile up for Sightseers!

Most recently this took the form of a ‘Kermode’ for Best Screenplay, presented by the the Culture Show’s resident film buff, Mark Kermode.

These awards are based on his personal favourites of the year, and they offer an interesting counterpoint  to the Hollywood shortlists.

US fans won’t have long to wait before they can catch the movie in cinemas; a release date of 10th May has now been confirmed. Get in!
