The Wrong Mans is a dark comedy thriller co-written by and starring James Corden and Matthew Baynton with Tom Basden and script edited by Jeremy Dyson.

It has just been announced that comedy legends Dawn French and Rebecca Front have joined the cast and the show also stars Dan Renton Skinner (Angelos Epithemiou) and Rufus Jones, along with Benedict Wong, Emilia Fox, Sarah Solemani, Karl Roden and  Stephen Campbell Moore.

According to the BBC website “the series centres on hapless duo Sam (Baynton), and Phil (Corden), two lowly office workers, whose menial existence is turned upside-down by a chance phone call and a case of mistaken identity.”

It all sounds very intriguing, as soon as we find out more we’ll let you know.

The six half-hour shows are currently being filmed and will be shown later this year on BBC 2.
