The eagle-eyed amongst you may have spotted a couple of TVO-related faces in a new TV ad from RBS (and if you joined us at TVO Live! earlier this year you’ll have seen both of them live on stage).

Alex Kirk and Laura Patch both appear in the advert, which offers RBS customers emergency cash if their card gets damaged or lost. Kirk plays the part of a man who leaves his wallet on the roof of his car, while Patch manages to leave hers on a train. Silly billies.

You’ll also notice Karen Gillan as the voice-over. We do love her loads, but we’re afraid she doesn’t quite qualify as a Velvet Onion artist. If only…
