Sky Atlantic have released a new trailer to get you in the mood for Hunderby, the new dark comedy created by and starring Julia Davis that starts on Monday 27th August at 10pm, and we’ve got some lovely new photos to share with you too!

The hour-long programme is set in a 19th Century village and stars Julia, Alexandra Roach, Alex MacQueen, Rufus Jones, Rosie Cavaliero and Kevin Eldon, and, we can confirm, the voice of Julian Barratt!

In the first episode: shipwreck survivor Helene is washed ashore near a small English village, where she meets and falls in love with widowed pastor Edmund. They soon marry – but he is unaware she is hiding dark secrets from her past. Meanwhile, Edmund’s sinister housekeeper Dorothy seems determined to drive the newlyweds apart.
