Get Loose, Get Loose!

© Loose Tapestries

An album of the music featured on Noel Fielding’s Luxury Comedy has just been released by Loose Tapestries, the band created by (and made up of) Noel and Kasabian’s Serge Pizzorno.

It’s currently available as a MP3 download on Amazon and iTunes at the bargainful price of £7.49 (£7.99 on iTunes) for 22 tracks. As well as the properly excellent music from the series, the album also features the awesome Jellyfox narrative from episode 2 and other short audio clips from the show.

Thanks to those of you who alerted us to this; if we hear about any further merchandise releases connected to Luxury Comedy, we’ll be sure to let you know.

Stop Press: Non-UK Peelers can buy the Loose Tapestries album here (apparently)!

  2. Well, it seems kind of ridiculous that you can’t purchase this in the US. But that’s what Amazon is telling me, and it isn’t on my iTunes.

  3. Unavailable in the US! Why, Noel? Why???

  4. Same here. Not available in the US 😦 I’m not interested in ripping it. I proudly pay for my entertainment.

  5. Can’t download it in Australia either. I’m so sad, I’ve been dying to get my hands on this!

  6. The 7digital site worked for me and I’m listening to it right now! When you are given the option to either let itunes organize your downloads or organize manually, choose to organize them manually. Send your downloads to the desktop, then once they’re finished downloading, click/drag/drop into itunes. Works perfect. It won’t work if you try the “itunes way”.

    • Oh. You do need to download their download manager. Forgot to mention that.

    • I was able to download from the 7digital site as well, with no problem, and all the non-UK people I’ve helped through it have found success as well! But I didn’t need the download manager; I just downloaded to my desktop and dragged/dropped into iTunes, where it worked like a charm. (And it’s beautifully done, too. Must say that! The expanded tracks are great, and I’m glad to have the Jelly Fox narrative included.)

I’m so happy! I absolutely wanted a way to support Noel and Serge by buying the album, as I’m sure most fans outside the UK (and indeed, inside it!) want to. If there is a physical album released at some point, I’ll buy that, too. 😀

I couldn’t get the 7digital site to work I know the UK version wont let me purchase so I go to the US version and can’t find the album??? Help!

        • Hey there! It’s not up on the US sites because it isn’t available there; you have to go through 7digital’s UK store if you’re outside the UK. (It’s available on Amazon.co.uk and UK iTunes, but those won’t sell to people outside of the UK, and their US stores aren’t carrying it.)

You say that the 7digital site didn’t work for you, but maybe I can help! Would it not sell to you, or did it not load? What was the issue? Maybe we can troubleshoot this. 🙂

I just keep getting that it won’t accept my card. Ugh really want to buy this!

        • Hmm. Well, this sounds like a silly suggestion, probably, but have you tried entering the number without using any spaces? I found that it just wanted the number itself, without the spaces in the sequence, and I think somebody else found success with that, too. Otherwise, I can’t think of a reason why they shouldn’t want to accept your card!
