Mongrels Week!

Monday night sees the return of Mongrels to BBC3 – with a double bill of brand new episodes from 10:30pm.

The hilarious, award-winning, adult puppet comedy returns for fresh adventures featuring Nelson – the metrosexual fox, Destiny – the pretentious pedigree bitch, Marion – the slow-brained street cat, Kali – the rude-girl pigeon, and Vince – the proper ****ing fox.

Written by Jon Brown & Daniel Peak, and directed by Adam Miller, Mongrels features the voice talents of Rufus Jones, Lucy Montgomery, Dan Tetsell, Katy Brand and Paul Kaye, the physical talents of Tony Way and a string of special guest stars – including Russell Tovey and our very own Rich Fulcher.

Naturally, we at TVO wanted to get behind the new run in a big way.  As a result, we have teamed up with the makers of the show – including its creator and director Adam Miller, plus the talented folk at Talk To The Hand and members of the cast, to bring you a series of exclusive interviews, behind the scenes photographs and a competition to win copies of Series 1 on dvd over the next week or so.  We’d love to take this opportunity to thank the fabulous James Farrell at BBC Comedy for all his hard work helping us along the way, and we hope you enjoy our little treats!
