Rich Fulcher and Matt Berry‘s epic cult sketch show Snuff  Box is to get a long awaited dvd release in the USA, with new and exclusive special features.

The duo have filmed a brand new documentary about the series, revisiting the filming locations and reliving the six-part 2006 series, five years on.

Not only that, but they’ve cornered a number of famous fans of the series to profess their undying love to all things Snuff Box, including Paul Rudd, Simon Pegg, Bill Hader, Janeane Garofalo and Weird Al Yankovic!

The dvd release comes via Severin Films, with an expected release date of October 11th.

When asked, Rich Fulcher claimed he was “so excited I could fry a car, or worship a bald flight attendant”.  TVO will aim to bring you more details as soon as we can… and American audiences can catch Fulcher on The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson tonight, where he’ll be spilling further beans.

There are currently no plans to reissue the show in the UK, but naturally, the series will be available as an import later this year.
