It’s now been over a year since we let you know about the upcoming film Come On Eileen, which includes Noel Fielding in one of the lead roles, along with an appearance from Julia Davis and Robots in Disguise providing some of the music for the soundtrack.

It may have been a bit of a wait but now you can see the official trailer for this British drama starring Jackie Howe as Eileen and written & directed by Finola Geraghty.

From the trailer, if you like the gritty comedy from the Full Monty and Billy Elliot, then this is right up your street. This low-budget feature looks to be the tonic to drown away that rainy day funk. We’re yet to find a release date but have a look at what to expect below to whet your taste buds!
