In the afterglow of Let’s Dance…For Comic Relief, Noel Fielding‘s red Kate Bush dress must surely feature in the list of ‘most covetable Boosh memorabilia. The dress that clothed a cartwheel, the dress that was watched by millions…nay, the dress that was swept into the air by Heathcliff-Barratt!
And now you can win that red dress for yourself! Not only that, but you can also win the following:
Noel to:
– Follow you on Twitter for 90 days
– Retweet one of your tweets
– Send out a tweet including your Twitter @username
This stupendous prize will go to the winning bid in the Comic Relief Tweetrelief Super-Follow Plus auction on Ebay.
To find out more, or to place a bid for the item yourself click here. At the time of writing there are 2 days and 22 hours left to go. Good luck!
Editor’s Note: Thanks to a flurry of last-minute bidding from “private bidders” the final figure for Noel’s dress and his friendship on twitter was £5,600! Significantly outside of most people’s budgets, we suspect – but it’s a fantastic sum for a worthy cause!
I KNEW this was coming! Drat my being poor.
I wonder if the tights are included?

What size is that dress? I have a party to go to next week and nothing to wear!

I hope you have a purse full of cash then! I’m imagining it was made to measure, but I’d hazard a wild guess that Noel could be a UK dress size 12 for something floaty. Obviously the correct sizing of more structured dresses on men is a whole different story!

Yargh! I’ve been outbid in the middle of the night. It’s up to £2,551.92, just too much for me.
I wager it’ll top out at £4,000 but secretly hope it’ll go as high as £10,000. Noel wouldn’t know what to make of that!

The question on everyone’s mind….did they clean it first? Worth more if they didn’t of course!
