Two new opportunities to attend public screenings of the Jackal Films project have been announced.
The first takes place on Saturday, November 20th at the UnderWire Festival between 5pm & 8pm. The event, which is in aid of Amnesty International, is at The Human Rights Action Centre at New Inn Yard in Shoreditch, London. Tickets are just £5, and with the promise of a ‘special guest’ accompanying Alice Lowe and Jacqueline Wright, it promises to be an interesting evening. Tickets are available here.
The second event will be part of Robin & Partridge’s Secret Comedy Club on Thursday, December 16th – which follows on from previous events (including one featuring Hot Brew) in that it will be fronted by comics Robin Clyfan & Charlie Partridge, and feature a madcap mixture of live comedy, music and short films at a secret location in Clerkenwell. For more information, visit the event’s Facebook page.
If you can’t make it to either event, don’t forget you can view all of the films – featuring some of the cream of Booshdom – over on the Jackal Films website here.
