Rich Fulcher‘s appearance at Amoeba Records in Hollywood this weekend has raised over $1500 in a charity auction for Doctors Without Borders.
Friend of The Velvet Onion, MizTrix was on hand in LA to see Rich auction a variety of items for the charity, give a reading from his book Tiny Acts Of Rebellion (which has recently been released in American bookstores), and sign autographs for fans afterwards.
Catching up with Rich after the show, Trixie managed to squeeze a few nuggets of solidified Fulcher juice from dearest Rich, who has from the outset been one of TVO’s most ardent supporters in the realm of Booshdom. You can catch their impromptu video moment here – and a thousand thanks to both of them for this unexpected treasure.
As Rich states, his alter-ego Eleanor The Tour Whore be performing in LA at the Silent Movie Theatre on June 2nd-4th and at UCB Theatre on June 11th. UK fans need not despair, as Eleanor returns to the UK for a series of shows at the Southbank Centre, London on June 18th-20th {and July 8th} as well as appearing at the Latitude Festival in July.
