Are you a drummer? Do you have a bit of spare time on your hands? How do you fancy working for a TVO Legend?

Dee Plume is looking for a stickman – or a stickwoman – to become her touring percussionist with her solo project Psycho Delia.

The Robots In Disguise star is looking to play some shows in the spring and summer, and needs a drummer to accompany herself on vocals and electric guitar.  Dee is keen to hear from any potential candidates, and is, for the time being, getting people to tweet her if they’re interested.

So if you fancy kickstarting your career touring with one of TVO’s finest, get in touch with Dee now via @dee__plume on Twitter!

Runaway With Noblesse Oblige

3 Apr

Electropop duo Noblesse Oblige have unleashed their latest music video, and it’s directed by none other than Chris Corner.

The IAMX star is no stranger to the other side of the camera, having previously directed videos for James Cook, who lent a helping hand to the making of this super-shiny production, which perfectly complements the Human League meets Timo Maas vibe of the track.

You can see the video below.

The festival takes place across five days – from Thursday, May 30th to Monday, June 3rd – in Kilkenny, and will feature some of the finest names in comedy.

Amongst those is TVO’s very own Tony Law, who’ll be bringing his surrealist charms to Langton’s Ballroom on May 31st and June 2nd.

On the first night, he’ll be joined by David O’Doherty, Bec Hill and Anthony King, whereas his second evening sees him share the bill with Hill, Barry Murphy, Fred Cooke and Dead Boss and Fit star Aisling Bea.  For more info on his shows, including ticket links, click here!

With the likes of Dylan Moran, Abandoman, Rich Hall, Simon Munnery, Holly Walsh and many more on the bill, it’s guaranteed to be a great festival – and it now has the added bonus of the worldwide première of Moone Boy Series 2!
