Noel Fielding has been busy with his paintbrush recently.

The book of his art, Scribblings of a Madcap Shambleton, which Noel has produced with Dave Brown, officially hits the shelves on 13th October. It’s full to bursting with eye-tingling old and new paintings, scribblings and photography…and a few of our peelers may even spot themselves in there! Trust us, you’re in for a treat.

Lots of you have asked us whether there will be any signings to promote the book launch…and so far one has been confirmed.  Noel will be appearing at HMV Oxford Circus, London on Sunday 9th October. There are even unconfirmed rumours of live art taking place! He’ll be in store 5.30-6.30pm, but access will be restrcited to wristband holders only. 400 wristbands will be handed out on a first come first served basis at 11.30am on the morning. For more information click here.

If you’re not able to make it to the signing don’t forget you can order your copy of Scribblings at the TVO amazon store. Pre-orders were shipped today!

Fans of Noel’s artistic output can also see his paintings as part of a new exhibition at Gallery Maison Bertaux, Soho. The Art of Giving exhibition features Noel’s art alongside work from Derren Brown, Christian Furr, Arina Gordienko, Gaston Ugalde and many others.

It runs until 4th October and proceeds from the art sold go to the Teenage Cancer Trust.  There are some stunning pieces included and it’s for a great cause, so why not head down there if you’re in London?

Fulcher Does The Right Thing

A new Do The Right Thing podcast featuring Rich Fulcher is now available online!

At the beginning of September, we mentioned that Fulcher would be taking part in a new comedy panel show podcast called Do The Right Thing. As the name suggests, in this show the teams must work out the right thing to do in any given situation.

Episode 2 features special guests Rich Fulcher and Emma Kennedy as well as regulars, host Danielle Ward, team captains Michael Legge and Margaret Cabourn-Smith.

The website states that Rich and Emma seem to have mistaken the show for a horror panel show as they discuss alive burials and pickled-onion-induced wedding-deaths.

This and previous episodes can be found at the Do The Right Thing website where you can download the episodes directly. You can also subscribe to the podcasts on iTunes.

Thanks to @_Ben_Walker and @_raychul for this information.
