Rich Fulcher was interviewed earlier today by Justin Lee-Collins on XFM.
Presumably there to talk about his new stand-up show Tiny Acts of Rebellion, Rich displayed an astonishing degree of good-humoured patience during a volley of questions about the Boosh! He talked about the early days previewing their Edinburgh show to audiences of six people, the camaraderie that still exists between them (claiming that the downside of the Boosh is that it’s “too much fun”), and the planned release of a music cd and film. On the subject of hotly-anticipated Boosh movie, Rich claims it’s “57% likely”. At TVO we remain somewhat unconvinced by the robustness of this statistic.
Rich also talks about Modern Problems in Science, the improv university lecture tour he participated in the mid-nineties, which sounds utterly brilliant. We say bring it back! Of more relevance in the here and now, however, is Rich’s new show Tiny Acts of Rebellion, now nearing the end of its London Previews before he takes it up to Edinburgh.
