Vote Booshniverse!

Voting for the 2011 NME Awards has recently opened, and we reckon there are a few Booshniverse artists who released material in 2010 that deserve our votes.

How about IT Crowd for Best TV Show, or if you’re more of a BBC3 kind of person, How Not To Live Your Life?  Maybe it’s our opportunity to tell the TV execs what we think of their inability to commission innovative comedy by casting a vote for the brilliant Lizzie & Sarah or Zimbani?

Then there’s Chris Morris‘s Four Lions for Best Film; and the Best DVD category could be our opportunity to give The Mighty Boosh a gong for the fifth year running by voting for the tour documentary Journey of The Childmen.  Not forgetting Robots In Disguise for Best Live Show, if you’ve happened to catch Dee and Sue gigging this year.

So even if  you don’t think Noel Fielding‘s deserving of NME’s Most Stylish award any more, there are plenty of other artists you can be voting for.  Visit the NME’s website to vote and for the opportunity to win tickets to the awards night in February!
